Mavis is the software that allows the conversion of the 3D file (STL) into a printable file (G-code), and includes pre-set print profiles for the Mavis 3D printer and usable materials. A roll of PLA is also provided, as well as telephone and remote assistance services, and training courses on the use of the printer and related software.

The Mavis professional 3D printer is provided with a Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection, and a web interface for remotely managing the entire printing process: start, pause, stop, temperature set, etc. You may also upgrade your own Mavis 3D printer with a webcam for remote viewing of the printing process.
The Mavis professional 3D printer meets the requirements for the Industry 4.0 plan and can therefore benefit from the planned tax credit of 40% of the machine’s value.
A large machine for large formats
Its volume of 400x400x700 mm allows the creation of large prototypes with no need of scaling or sectioning them, which it’s essential for professional 3D printing use.

Usually, the most complicated part of using a 3D printer is the calibration procedure of the press-finished Aluminum printing plate. We have found a solution to this problem by developing a professional self-calibration system.
The Mavis 3D printer is equipped with an automatic calibration system:
thanks to the implementation of the MarlinKimbra firmware, using Bilinear Calibration, it compensates for the different heights of the working plane through a measurement on a grid of nine points using a contactless inductive probe.

Titan direct and All metal hotend.
The Mavis professional 3D printer comes with a single extruder with a fully metal hotend by default, for professional performance in terms of print quality and speed.
It is also possible to equip it with a second extruder, and it is possible to interchange nozzles quickly and easily, choosing between 0.4, 0.6, 0.8.
Double extrusion and maximum development freedom.
It is possible to request the system for double extrusion.
In this configuration, there will be two Hot Ends on the Y-axis, allowing for printing of even very different filaments (materials and colors, but also flexible or water-soluble for support).
Double extrusion results in a slight reduction in the printing length along the Y-axis.
The wire ends, but not the print.
If the filament runs out, you will no longer have to give up on your object. The Zero 3D printer is capable of detecting when the filament has run out and saving the printing process to be restarted once the filament has been reloaded.
Filament Guardian Pro, complete control of the extruder.
Filament Guardian Pro is an optional system that uses an encoder sensor to check not only if the filament is present but also if the extruder is correctly feeding the filament. If an anomaly occurs, the printer intervenes by pausing the printing process and allowing the operator to resume printing at a later time.

PLA: Biodegradable plastic derived from corn agriculture waste. Versatile and easily printable.
