HIGH PRECISION & VERSATILITY
The ZeroPRO is an FFF 3D printer that combines ease of use with fine mechanics. It is endowed with an auto-calibration system to speed up operating time and it’s also supported by several systems that drastically reduce the risk of print failure, making it the ideal tool to choose for the construction of any 3D model.
Style and attention to detail
We designed a soft-lined casing, balancing the high quality of its performance with a clean, minimalist design. The total black offset is counterbalanced by a front Plexyglass door in warm orange that allows an optimum visibility over the printing process, while the two side doors enable a quick and easy access for filament change procedures.

For the movement of the X and Y axes, we chose MGN12 rails provided with a system driven by two stepper motors, each driving a belt, to perform Cartesian motion on the extrusion tool. A motion-reduction system was also implemented on the Y-axis, which allow high speeds to be maintained without pitch losses.
Fourth version, fourth progression
Our ZeroPRO 3D printer has upgraded now to its fourth version, switching to a Titan Direct drive system that improves performance in terms of reliability and precision. We have also improved the calibration system and increased the printer’s efficiency. The top cover of the printer it’s provided now with an opening door to access to the drive system more easily and to better view the process from above.
Our ZeroPRO printer has everything you need
The ZeroPRO 3D printer is supplied with the software for converting the 3D files (stl) into printable files (gcode) and the pre-set printing profiles for the ZeroPRO 3D printer in addition with the materials that can be used with it.
A roll of Pla is also supplied, as well as telephone and remote assistance services, and a training course on how to use of the printer and its software.

Four main icons group all available functions, allowing the user to access the controls quickly and easily. No knobs, no clicks, the new 5-inch touch screen display allows you to manage everything easily with the simple touch of your fingertips.
All set to go
The ZeroPRO 3D printer comes with an automatic calibration system:
A BLTouch probe compensates for the different table heights by measuring on a nine-point grid.
It is supplied with a single extruder, but you may also request and use it for support material or dual-color printing.
Full control, even remotely
The ZeroPRO is equipped with Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, as well as a web interface for managing the entire printing process remotely (start, pause, stop, set temperatures, etc.).
It is also possible to upgrade the Zero 3D printer thanks to the addition of a webcam for remote viewing of the printing process.
The 3D Zero printer meets the requirements for the Industry 4.0 plan with all these optional extras and it’s therefore eligible for a 40% tax credit of the machinery’s value.
We put print quality first
We chose to use a double stepper motor for the Z-axis movement, which drives a trapezoidal bar with a maximum resolution of 5 microns. This allows the VERVE 3D printer to print layers as thin as 20 microns.The filament runs out but not the print
Your prints are always safe
Power failures will no longer cause your prints to fail: the VERVE 3D printer detects power failures and automatically saves the printing process afterwards. Moreover, this system enables the users to pause the printing process and resume it later.Printable filaments
