Industrial Applications
The product
Mille — 1000×1000×1000 mm.
Steel frame, heated chamber,
high-flow Mantis extruder.
Rigid steel frame Cartesian system, high-flow Mantis extruder, active 60°C heated bed. Designed for those who produce large parts every day, without compromising on quality or materials.
Volume
One cubic meter.
Pieces on a 1:1 scale with no joints.
High-rigidity Cartesian system with a build volume of 1000×1000×1000 mm. Print structural components, large jigs, and full-scale prototypes—all in a single cycle, with no seams.
S.E.M. + Mantis
High throughput, quick changeover.
Maintenance doesn't stop production.
The Kentstrapper Magnetic Extrusion System for a 1-cubic-meter build volume. Paired with the high-flow Mantis extruder: head changes in under 30 seconds, maximum flow rate for thick layers.
Mantis Extruder — S.E.M.
Hot Room & Materials
60°C in a controlled environment.
No warping. No compromises.
The Mille's heated chamber remains active throughout the entire printing process. On 1-meter-long parts, even a slight temperature fluctuation can cause critical warping. The Mille eliminates this risk at its source.
Connectivity & Industry 4.0
Total control.
Klipper, Wi-Fi, LAN, and HD display.
Klipper web interface via WiFi and LAN, 10.1" HD touchscreen, optional webcam. With Clara, Kentstrapper’s on-board AI, operating procedures are always at your fingertips without having to call support. The Mille is eligible for Industry 4.0 and Transition 5.0 incentives: Kentstrapper provides the necessary documentation to access the tax credit. Read the complete guide to the 2026 incentives →

Return on Investment
How much does "
" cost you every day without "
la Mille"?
Every large component you order from an outside supplier comes at a price: the supplier’s cost, weeks of waiting, and the lead time that halts production. The Mille isn’t an expense—it’s the end of those costs.

Domande frequenti — Stampante 3D Kentstrapper Mille
