PETG is a tough material that allows for strong and durable prints as well as giving a glossy finish to prints.

Among the main features we can appreciate: low friction rate, low shrinkage rate, excellent adhesion coefficient between layers.
PETG has some interesting properties:

  • Is resistant to alkalis and acids and hydrophobic: does not absorb water.
  • Is more flexible than ABS
  • is ideal for printing large objects that also require mechanical, chemical and impact resistance.
  • is also suitable for printing outdoor objects and lends itself well to post-production processing and finishing.

PETG filament loaded with 15 percent carbon fiber is an advanced 3D printing material that combines the excellent properties of PETG with the strength and lightness of carbon fiber. This combination offers an ideal solution for the production of functional and durable parts.

Carbon fiber-filled PETG filament has higher stiffness, tensile strength and impact resistance than conventional PETG. The presence of carbon fiber gives prints a distinctive appearance with a matte surface and professional finish.

Due to its high strength and durability, carbon fiber-filled PETG filament is suitable for applications requiring strong and lightweight components, such as mechanical parts, functional prototypes, and automotive or aerospace parts.

Printing with this filament requires a slightly higher temperature than traditional PETG, but it offers excellent layer adhesion, minimizing the risk of delamination. In addition, the carbon fiber gives the material better heat dissipation and dimensional stability.

Choosing PETG filament loaded with 15 percent carbon fiber for your 3D prints means achieving the perfect combination of strength, light weight, and surface quality. Explore the potential of 3D printing with this advanced material and create parts that stand out for their reliability and superior performance.

TPU filament is a material used for 3D printing that offers unique and versatile characteristics. It is a type of thermoplastic polyurethane that combines the flexibility of rubber with the ease of processing of thermoplastics.

TPU is known for its excellent elasticity and wear resistance, making it ideal for the production of flexible objects and components that require some deformation. It is widely used for the production of gaskets, bearings, insoles, protective sleeves, and prototype footwear models, but it also has applications in other industries, such as automotive and electronics.

ABS filament is one of the most popular materials for 3D printing due to its exceptional mechanical properties and versatility. This thermoplastic offers a unique combination of strength, durability and flexibility, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

ABS filament is distinguished by its high resistance to impact and breakage, making it suitable for the production of durable and functional parts. It can withstand relatively high temperatures and offers good thermal stability, allowing prints to retain their properties even in hot or sunny conditions.

In addition, ABS is a relatively easy material to process and finish. Operations such as sanding, polishing, or painting can be performed to achieve a smooth and professional surface finish.

However, ABS requires a 3D printer with a heated chamber, as it tends to contract during cooling, causing problems such as warping or delamination. Therefore, it is important to have a proper print temperature setting and solid adhesion to the print bed.

ABS filament is widely used for creating functional parts, prototypes, automotive components, parts for electronics and many other projects. Its versatility and strength make it a reliable choice for many 3D printing applications.

Choosing ABS filament means getting the perfect combination of strength, durability and processability, enabling you to make high-quality prints that meet your specific needs. Explore the possibilities of 3D printing with ABS filament and create solid, functional objects with ease.

ASA filament is a material used for 3D printing that offers a combination of mechanical properties and weather resistance. It is a thermoplastic polymer derived from acrylnitrile, styrene and acrylate.

ASA is known for its high resistance to weathering, such as UV light, humidity and temperature variations. This resistance makes it suitable for outdoor applications, where the printed object could be exposed to harsh environmental conditions without experiencing degradation or color fading over time.

In addition to its weathering resistance, ASA also offers good impact and deformation resistance, making it a suitable material for the production of strong and robust objects. It is commonly used for making automobile parts, outdoor equipment, parts for the electrical and electronics industries, and other items that require good dimensional stability.

Nylon filament is a popular material used in 3D printing that offers a unique combination of strength, flexibility and durability. Nylon is a thermoplastic polymer known for its high mechanical and chemical resistance.

It is suitable for the production of gears, machine parts, structural supports and abrasion-resistant components. In addition, nylon is a flexible material that can deform without breaking, making it suitable for creating objects that require some elasticity.

15% carbon-filled nylon filament is a special variant of nylon used in 3D printing that offers additional enhancing properties. This type of filament combines the characteristics of nylon with the addition of carbon fibers, which give the material greater stiffness and strength.

The presence of carbon fibers in the nylon-carbon filament increases its stiffness and strength, making it ideal for the production of structural components that require greater stability and mechanical strength. The addition of carbon gives the material better resistance to impact, wear and tear, and stress, allowing it to make more durable and robust objects.

Nylon-carbon filament can be used for the production of machine parts, sports equipment, functional prototypes, automotive components and other applications that require greater stiffness and strength than traditional nylon. The presence of carbon fibers also gives the material better thermal conduction, allowing for better heat dissipation.

he carbon-filled polypropylene filament is a material used in 3D printing that combines the characteristics of polypropylene with the addition of carbon fibers. This combination offers a number of unique properties and improvements over traditional polypropylene.

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer known for its light weight, good chemical resistance and low density. The addition of carbon fibers to polypropylene further improves its mechanical properties, giving the material greater stiffness, strength and dimensional stability.

Carbon-filled polypropylene filament is widely used in the production of lightweight yet robust components that require resistance to impact, stress, and high temperatures. It is particularly suitable for automotive, aerospace and industrial applications where light weight and strength are critical.

The addition of carbon fibers to polypropylene also gives the material greater thermal conductivity than conventional polypropylene, allowing for better heat dissipation. This can be advantageous for applications requiring improved thermal control or heat resistance.
