The product
Zero HS — when the process needs to be internalized.
320×320×320 mm build volume. Core XY kinematics. Magnetic S.E.M. for head changes in under 30 seconds. Heated bed up to 120°C, custom Klipper firmware, OrcaSlicer. For those who produce prototypes, jigs, and functional components without relying on a third-party manufacturer. Built in Florence.
Print volume
320×320×320 mm.
The piece remains intact. The process remains yours.
With a build volume of 320×320×320 mm—a cubic volume optimized for industrial use—the Zero HS can handle the vast majority of prototypes, jigs, and functional components in the fashion, mechanical engineering, and marine industries. Parts that previously took days to produce through a subcontractor can now be produced on the machine within a single day. Every CAD revision becomes a new part in just a few hours, with no minimum order quantities and no setup costs.
×320 mm
S.E.M.
Continuous production.
Changing the print head no longer stops the line.
Kentstrapper’s Magnetic Extrusion System addresses the main hidden cost of industrial 3D printing: downtime caused by extruder changes or maintenance. Simply disconnect two connectors and remove the magnetic block. No tools, no disassembly, no prolonged production downtime.
S.E.M. — Change the head in less than 30 seconds, no tools required.
The printer has a built-in sensor that not only detects the presence of filament but also monitors its feed. If the filament runs out or the feed is irregular, the machine automatically pauses. No parts are lost due to filament running out or feed issues.
The Dragon UHF system, mounted via S.E.M., enables the printing of technical materials that require high operating temperatures, while maintaining quick replacement as a key feature of the system.
Reliability
Three protective covers for unattended "
" prints.
Self-calibrating bed, built-in filament flow sensor, automatic restart after a power outage. When working for hours on end, every safety feature counts.

Version with heated chamber
Zero HS CC:
– a 60°C hot chamber for the most demanding materials.
The CC variant adds a sealed chamber heated to a maximum of 60°C and raises the print bed temperature to 150°C. This is essential for advanced engineering materials such as Nylon CF, PPS CF, and ASA CF, which require a controlled ambient temperature to prevent warping and layer separation during printing.
The heated chamber is recommended for those who primarily print Nylon CF, PPS CF, ASA CF, and advanced engineering materials that require a controlled ambient temperature. For use with standard materials (PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon GF), the base Zero HS model covers most needs. A Kentstrapper technician will work with you to determine which version is best suited to your mix of materials.
Manufacture indoors or outdoors
The actual cost of shipping
for each item.
Prototypes, tooling, and functional components come with a hidden cost: downtime, dependence on suppliers, and the cost of each revision. The Zero HS eliminates this.
Typical payback period: 6–9 months after installation. The figures vary depending on the volume and type of component: use the calculator to estimate the payback period for your specific situation.
How many components do you ship out each year?
The Kentstrapper ROI calculator estimates payback and net savings based on your production volume, industry, and materials. Get results in 2 minutes.
Made in Italy
Designed and built by
in Florence.
Since 2011, Kentstrapper has been developing industrial 3D printers in Italy. Each machine is hand-built and individually tested before shipment. Engineering, manufacturing, and support: all based in Florence.
Every Zero HS is tested and calibrated at the production facility in Florence before leaving the factory. It arrives ready to print—with a traceable serial number, bench testing, and material profiles optimized by the manufacturer.
The purchase of the Zero HS includes a training course, which can be taken at our headquarters in Florence, at an authorized dealer, or remotely. To call and schedule a date, please dial 055 447 6656.

Domande frequenti — Stampante 3D Kentstrapper Zero HS
